Synopsis
Vincenzo Malinconico, Unsuccessful Lawyer is an Italian television series following Vincenzo, a semi-unemployed lawyer with a stronger inclination for philosophy than legal practice. Adapted from the novels by Diego De Silva, it offers an ironic view of his small client list and of the cases that often exceed his abilities.
After a divorce, Malinconico tries to manage family life with his former wife Nives, their children Alagia and Alfredo, and Nives’s mother Assunta. His search for balance becomes more complicated when he falls for the young lawyer Francesca Persiano.
The series combines lively characters, comic situations and legal challenges, following Malinconico’s professional and personal attempts to find stability.
